WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE BOURNE REUNION?

WHERE WILL THE REUNION BE HELD?

WHAT HOTEL IS EVERYONE STAYING AT? WHAT ARE THE ROOM RATES?

Embassy Suites Nashville South/Cool Springs. | 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin, TN, 37067 (Approx 20min to Downtown). Check-In is 07/24/2024, departing on 07/28/2024.

If anyone booked a room at the Embassy Suites Cool Springs any time between 7/21 and 7/31 and did not receive the group rate of $164  per night for every night booked, send Chris Griffin the name, email address  used, and confirmation to cgrif0276@gmail.com and we'll get it fixed.

Hotel payment is due at check-in, however, if you call Hilton support (800-Hilton) or the front desk (1 615-515-5151) during business hours they will be more than happy to set up a prepayment.

As an Embassy Suites, this rate does include:

  • Complimentary breakfast including a made-to-order omelet station

  • Complimentary drinks, cocktails and light snacks each evening

  • Every guest room is a suite including a separate bedroom and living area

Rates: $159+tax King Studio Suites , $169+tax One bedroom Suite King or Two Queen Beds per night

All suites feature a full kitchen and have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area

Cutoff date for reservations July 4, 2024

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty fee

Pet Friendly location: $75 non-refundable pet fee, all pets must be registered at check in, max two per room

100% non-smoking accommodations, $250 penalty if violated

This year, the registration fee is a flat rate that includes T-shirt, meet & greet (includes snacks), fish fry, banquet, and welcome packets.

WHEN IS THE REGISTRATION FEE DUE? WHO SHOULD I GIVE MY MONEY TO?

The deadline to pay registration fees is April 30th. Any payments made after that will have a 10% late fee charge. (A previous $200 payment will then be $220).

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET MORE INVOLVED? DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?

Email bournefamilyreunion@gmail.com and make sure to mention that you are wanting to help out. We will put you on a list and let you know how you can be of help to the reunion committee.

WHERE DO I PICK UP TSHIRTS AND BANQUET TICKETS?

You will be able to pick up t-shirts and tickets for the fish fry and banquet at the meet and greet which will be held on Wednesday between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.

WHAT COLOR ARE THE REUNION SHIRTS? SHOULD I BRING ANY SPECIFIC KIND OF CLOTHING?

The reunion shirts this year will be antique sapphire blue. The theme of the banquet will be "Country Chic," so be sure to bring your best country get up!

HOW DO I STAY UP-TO-DATE ON REUNION INFORMATION?

You can find out about all of the Reunion updates via our: Facebook group, instagram, word-of-mouth, and email. If you haven't received an email from us, please contact us with your information. Our email is bournefamilyreunion@gmail.com

For the duration of the Reunion, we will also be communicating through GroupMe. If you need the link to join, please email us for access!

WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT TRANSPORTATION? IS THERE A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle from the aiport to the hotel, so you will need to make your own arrangements, Options include: Taxi, Uber/Lyft (~$25), or rental car. (The airport is about 21 miles or 24 minutes from the hotel).

IS THERE FREE PARKING AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, parking is free.

ARE THERE ANY OPPORTUNITIES TO SEE COOL SITES LIKE GRACELAND MANSION?

Yes, there is an opportunity. There will be a large family outing on Thursday, but there is also time for you to go out and do your own excursions. You can grab a large group of cousins or even go with just a few. All up to you!
